CyberCore™ FAQ

• Which OffSec products provide access to CyberCore courses?

  • The following products provide access to CyberCore:
    • CyberCore (Standalone Product): Includes 1 year of access to your chosen CyberCore course (SEC-100 or SJD-100), plus two OSCC exam attempts
    • Learn Unlimited Subscription: Includes CyberCore contents plus unlimited OSCC exam attempts while the subscription is active
    • Learn Enterprise Subscription: Includes access to CyberCore contents while the subscription is active
• Can I download the course materials?

  No, CyberCore does not offer downloadable materials. Course content is accessible online as long as your access is active.

• Do CyberCore certifications expire?

  Yes, the OSCC-SEC or OSCC-SJD certification expires after 3 years. To maintain the validity of your certification consider one of the following renewal options before the expiration date:

  • Pass a Qualifying Exam: Take and pass an OffSec certification exam within the same category at the same level or higher before your certification expires.
  • Recertification Exam: Take and pass a recertification exam within six months before your certification’s expiration date to extend validity.
  • Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Program

  Please note that if your certification expires, you will need to retake and pass the same certification exam.

• How do I purchase CyberCore licenses for my team?

  If you haven’t purchased from us in the past, there are a few options depending on what you need:

  • If you need 2-9 licenses, you can purchase directly from the website.
  • If you need 10 or more licenses, please contact our dedicated training consultants.

  If you previously purchased via our training consultants, you have the option to buy additional licenses directly through the "Buy More" button in your Learning Platform admin account. More information and instructions can be found here.

  If you previously purchased an OffSec product for yourself directly from the website and now want to purchase licenses for your team, you can contact our training consultants for assistance.

• My access expired. Can I buy a lab extension?

  No, lab extensions are not available for CyberCore.

• My access expired. Can I buy an exam retake?

  If you purchased CyberCore independently, you are eligible to purchase an independent exam retake for the taken course in the event that you exhaust your exam attempts or if you fail to schedule your exam before the attempts expire.

  If you get access to the course through a Learn Unlimited or Learn Enterprise subscription, regrettably, an exam retake is not available. You will be able to take the exam if you purchase or are assigned the course through CyberCore. For additional information, please refer here.
